Class Information
Our sessional program teaches students movement fundamentals and basic technique through fun, age appropriate activities. We use popular music and dance styles that engage and excite dancers to learn and explore movement. This is the perfect class if you want to try dance with less commitment!
Dress Code
The dress code for our Sessional Program includes:
Activewear or dancewear, whatever your child is most comfortable in.
We recommend dance shoes or bare feet and indoor runners for hip hop.
We ask that all dancers wear their hair in a ponytail or a bun in order to keep off their face.
Class Length
Our sessional classes for ages 2 - 5 are structured to include attendance, story time, dance skills, freeze dance and cool down. Each class is 30 minutes in length from start to finish.
Our sessional classes for ages 5 - 8 are structured to include attendance, warm ups, dance skills, freeze dance and cool down. Each class is 45 minutes in length from start to finish.
Parent Showcase
Parents are invited to attend the last class of the session to observe and enjoy a special performance from our dancers!
