Miss Jerredi founded LimeLitez Dance Academy in 2008 because she loved dance and wanted to share that love with the community! Her passion and motivation has lead her to develop and provide an innovative and comprehensive dance program to dancers in Medicine Hat.
Miss Teigen began dancing at the age of three studying ballet and tap. As she got older, she added jazz, lyrical, pointe, hip hop and musical theatre to her dance repertoire. She was able to examine under the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), ADAPT (Associated Dance Arts for Professional Teachers) and CDTA (Canadian Dance Teachers Association) throughout her time as a dance student and performed choreography at recitals and competitions.
Theresa Gale A.R.A.D. began her dance training in her native Toronto with weekly classes in the studio of Bettina Byers. She is a graduate of the Ryerson dance department and furthered her training at L’Ecole Superieure de Danse des Grands Ballet Canadiens in Montreal. During summers while at Ryerson, she studied at the Banff Centre School of Fine Arts and in New York City. As an educator of over forty years, she has furthered her pedagogical studies at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, the Royal Academy of Dance in London, England, the Virginia Tanner Creative Dance Centre in Salt Lake City, Utah and Wesleyan University in Hartford, Connecticut. She holds Advanced certificates from the Royal Academy of Dance and Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.

Haylie started dancing at LimeLitez academy when she was just shy of 3 years old. At the age of 5 she started competing at competitions and continued to dance for LimeLitez Dance Academy until she graduated from High school in 2023.
She has completed Jazz and Tap ADAPT Intermediate 3 exams and RAD Advanced level 1 exams. She has also completed her ADAPT Teacher’s Assistant training.
Haylie attended Harbour Dance Centre’s Intensive Training Program 2023/2024 in Vancouver BC where she trained and learned choreography under many talented choreographers such as Moe Brody, Greer Whillan and Chanel Lacasse and danced amongst 31 other talented dancers from around Canada.
